Staying at Ett Hem in Stockholm is like staying at home so when you are offered to share in a magical Sunday supper with Sweden’s Chef of the Year, Filip Fastén, it would be recommended that you accept. Especially when the menu includes a caviar course and a gorgeous Italian truffle the size of a softball.
